Global Peace Leadership Corps (GPLCorps) is a youth leadership development program initiated by the Global Peace Foundation to nurture a new generation of peacebuilders equipped with values-based leadership and a strong commitment to advancing peace. Designed as an immersive and transformative experience, GPLCorps empowers young leaders through a structured curriculum that combines leadership training, online courses, global networking, and community service. The program is rooted in the vision of “One Family under God,” promoting universal principles such as empathy, cooperation, and respect for diversity.
In Indonesia, GPLCorps serves as a platform for young changemakers to lead meaningful initiatives in their communities, engage in intercultural dialogue, and actively promote unity across religious and cultural differences. Through monthly mentoring calls, cross-cultural collaborations, and impactful service projects, fellows gain hands-on experience in peacebuilding while strengthening their personal and professional leadership capacities. By the end of the program, each fellow emerges not only as a certified peacebuilder but also as an active contributor to building a more cohesive, compassionate society.
